- The crystal pieces are rough and unpolished, as close to their native state as possible.
- The crystal pieces may have tiny inclusions or trace elements of other minerals.
- These crystal pieces have all been broken off from a larger geode or mass, prior.
- Coloration may vary from purple to deep purple.
- The sizes obviously vary quite a bit, but are usually 50mm – 80mm (or 2 inches – 3.14 inches) in length.
